Why waiting to realize your dreams is a bad ideaI recently learned about the death of a dear old College accounting instructor of mine. We hadn't chatted in a bit over a year and his passing has left me with a sense of regret.
I had returned back to my College and looked him up during the time my oldest was preparing for her quinceanera (a tradition in latin families to mark a 15 year old females transition into the beginning of womanhood). While on campus, I stopped in to see if the old professor would remember me. The tough but fair man did. We agreed to get together for lunch but obligations and deadlines prevented me from ever meeting with him and now it's too late to tell the man just how important he was and continues to be in my life.
I wanted too long to see my old professor again and learned just recently he passed on. That is one of the reasons why I encourage people to get started on making their dreams a reality.
You never know when it will all end and be too late.
