Some steps to improving your productivity are simpleSince the time I was a young boy, I've wanted to stay up late. My productivity didn't suffer back in the day because I had energy to burn. The problem though is getting older and the need to sleep sufficient hours to allow the body to recover.
Studies mention how proper sleep may help the body repair itself, lose weight, keep your mind sharp and much more.
Everybody is different and the need to understand a body's required hours of sleep should be on a case by case basis.
All I can say is I can use every edge I can to improve my business. If extra sleep is in order to do it then puff up that pillow and let me get to it.
