Try to do things which provide more than one benefitAs I get older, I am trying to incorporate things which provide more than one benefit to me. It takes planning but the end result multiplies the return.

With this economy, why not consider how to keep more for yourself. Brown bag lunches, more trips to your neighborhood stores via walking or cycling (both improve your health) and preparing meals which allow for leftovers.
Convenience comes with a price. Try to organize your life to maximize the return. It may take a bit more of your time but perhaps your pocket book will be more full of cash for the effort.
