What was the height of fashion in business years ago may be stale and out of date today.  Yet everything old is new again so what's an owner to do in adding a little style to their business?

I visited the McNay Modern Art Museum yesterday evening and a portion of their art collection featured office furniture from the last 70 or so years.  What surprised me were the lines of the office furniture and the creativity of the materials used.  Would I use some of the office furniture displayed there?  Absolutely.

I loath creating a work space in my office building where its contents matches what you'd find in every other place of business.  Style, you can add some to separate yourself from the mundane.

Do you remember the movie Office Space?  Cubicles everywhere and each looking like the other.  Functional yes but no bonus points for style.

Don't be afraid to be a little different in your choice of equipping your office.  It just might provide you more than just function in your day.

I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more.  We provide a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
