Testing customer service in business
Yesterday I was chatting with an old friend about a restaurant his family had selected for Dinner. The first words out of my mouth were concerning the poor customer service my family and I had received at the same chain restaurant down in San Antonio. It's funny how all these months later I can still recall the service but not the food. Customer service has the ability to enhance or destroy the experience.
If you're wondering how your customer service is for your business, ask a friend or even a client to try out your product/service to experience it and get back to you on it.
It's not only the product/service but how it's provided to you that makes you want to come back.
