To buy or grow your own business

It's always a tough decision, buying versus growing a business.  It's attactive to step into a business fully formed with customers already established but you may expect to pay a premium for the convenience.  Growing one will take more time though it's possible to make a new business a success for a good bit less than buying a going concern.

Sometimes your pocketbook will make the decision for you but others require a long look in the mirror to see how well you know yourself before making that choice.  It's a tough one and the answer is seldom a simple one.
