What superior customer service creates
A few weeks ago, I took my family to a nationally recognized family owned restaurant. I'd been planning to eat there for years but something always seemed to get in the way. We walked in and within a few moments were seated. While waiting for our order to be served, a rather nice older gentleman stopped off at our table to chat. He wore no name tag or uniform but I had the feeling I was carrying on a conversation with one of the owners. It was like shooting the breeze with a neighbor you've known for years (even though I had never before met this man). That's what superior customer service feels like. It makes you feel comfortable with your decision to spend money in a place and look forward to the next visit and the one after that.
I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
